By installing and using SheetLeadGen ("the Add-on"), you agree to these terms.

1. Description

SheetLeadGen is a Google Sheets add-on that helps users find and verify business email addresses using publicly available information and email verification APIs.

2. Free Tier & Limitations

The free tier includes 10 email verifications per calendar month.
Pattern generation (=FINDEMAIL, =FINDEMAILS) is unlimited.
We reserve the right to modify free-tier limits with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Add-on in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-spam legislation (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). You are solely responsible for how you use the email addresses found through this tool.

You must not:

Use the Add-on for sending unsolicited bulk email (spam).
Attempt to circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts.
Use results for harassment, stalking, or any illegal purpose.

4. Accuracy

Email addresses generated by pattern matching are unverified guesses. Even SMTP-verified addresses may become invalid over time. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, deliverability, or currency of results.

5. Liability

The Add-on is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Deer Rock Studios is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Add-on, including but not limited to email bounces, domain reputation damage, or compliance violations.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Add-on at any time for violation of these terms. You may uninstall the Add-on at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.
